Excellent customer service and superb craftsmanship! I called Jim on the phone and explained that I needed a custom fit case made form my Mini Rectifier head and told me it would not be a problem. He then quoted a fair price over the phone. When I came in and sat down with him, he took his time drawing designs and taking careful measurements. He even cut a call with a high profile client short to continue with my design… The case was finished and delivered exactly two weeks after the design was drawn which is exactly when he said it would be done. Before I left, Greg and the Encore team were patient enough to walk me to the back and take a quick boomerang video for social media promo. All around extremely satisfied!
